We never try to sell you what you don’t need and where possible, we would much rather get a correct diagnosis and fix the real problem at hand than throw parts at your vehicle during a process of elimination. As a result, we use only the latest and most advanced diagnostic equipment, including software and hardware-based scan tools and oscilloscopes.

We always appreciate a little background story on your vehicle, so feel free to provide us with as much information as you feel necessary. Most importantly, please don’t forget to include the make and model of your car, the year of manufacture and the location you would like us to visit you at.

We aim to fit you in within seven days of your enquiry, subject to the ordering of parts.

When booking your appointment, we will always provide you with a one-hour window time slot on the date that is most convenient to you. We also send you a courtesy text when we’re on our way, providing you with at least 15-minutes notice.

We want to keep our reputation as a reliable service, so we will be sure to turn up when agreed. Of course, from time to time, things do not always go to plan, so in very rare circumstances due to unforeseen occurrences, we may need to rearrange or cancel.
